Soup of white frozen mushrooms cook quite easily. To do this, we need 300 grams of frozen mushrooms, a small amount of potatoes, about 3-4 pieces, one large or 2 medium carrots, an onion, parsley (root), dill. You will also need croup of semolina (1-2 tablespoons), green onions (feathers), vegetable oil.

Take a pot of 2-2.5 liters and put on fire. While the water boils, heat the stove on the stove, pour 1-2 tbsp. Spoons of oil, into the pan throw frozen mushrooms and fry them. To the mushrooms add the floor of the bulb, finely chopping it into cubes. Next, sprinkle mushrooms onions and semolina and fry in a closed frying pan for about 5 minutes. After transferring the mushrooms with onion into a pot of boiling water and cook for about 10-15 minutes, reducing the fire, since the soup of white frozen mushrooms is too much boiling.

Soup of salted mushrooms - another kind of original first dishes. In order to prepare soup from salted mushrooms, you will need a certain variety called mushrooms. This dish should be eaten in winter, when already on mushrooms in the forest you do not go and in time will come salty.

To prepare this dish you will need: 200 grams of salted mushrooms, 3-4 potatoes, 60 grams of butter, onion, tomato paste, 200 grams of smoked pork, laurel leaf, ground pepper, greens, salt.

To make soup: peel the onion, rinse and cut into cubes, cut into thin strips, and cut the salted mushrooms with straw. First, roast the onions until translucent, then throw a loin into a skillet, add art. Spoon of tomato paste. Stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Then add the chopped mushrooms to the pan and simmer with the lid closed for 3-4 minutes.

At the same time, bring the water to a boil. We cut the potatoes into cubes, add them to the boiling water together with the laurel leaf. After we add the contents of the frying pan into a saucepan, ripen the salt and pepper, bring it to the ready. Soup of salted mushrooms is ready! We fill it with sour cream and herbs and serve it on the table. The aroma will remind you of the summer, and the taste will please all members of the family.

Soup from pickled mushrooms is prepared very simply. The whole procedure is the same as in the preparation of any other mushroom soup. That is, fry in a frying pan diced onion, grated carrot, add to this mass pickled mushrooms. Fry it all 5 minutes.

In boiling water, add diced potatoes (3-4 pcs.) Into cubes. After adding 150 grams of rice. We bring potatoes and rice on low heat until half cooked and add a mixture of mushrooms, onions and carrots from a frying pan. Cook the soup for 15-17 minutes, then add salt to taste and ripen seasonings and black pepper. We bring it to the ready for 10 minutes, add greens, and the soup is ready. Marinated mushroom soup is one of the dishes that is prepared very quickly and does not require special skills.
