What to cook for lunch: simple recipes for delicious dishes

Often we ask ourselves what to cook for dinner. Not always at hand is the right amount of food, and not always have time to stand for a long time at the stove. But I want to eat. So you have to guess that it's easy to cook for lunch, but that it's delicious. So, this is the main meal of the day. Our body is fully awake, worked and hungry.
So, you need something nutritious. What can I cook for lunch, especially not bothering?

Recipes of first and second courses

Surely every housewife has a couple of canned fish in stock. Suitable sardines, mackerel, saury in oil or in its own juice. We put quickly a saucepan with 1.2 liters of water on a fire. Throw 2-3 peeled potatoes, one peeled onion (whole), one finely chopped carrot, 1/3 cup of washed rice, one bay leaf and several black peppercorns.

We give the soup to boil while the potatoes are boiled, and we send the contents of one can of our canned fish to the same place. After it, add the greens. Traditionally, it is dill and parsley, you can also add chopped green onions. We boil for another 5-6 minutes. Solim to taste. We try. The whole process of cooking will take you no more than 30 minutes. So, our "ear in a fast way" is ready.

We have already done the first, now we will take up the second. What to cook for lunch, we decide, based on the reserves and the season. If it's summer or autumn, you can cut salad from cucumber with tomatoes, if winter - use sauerkraut or pickled cucumbers. Often in our refrigerator there is 1-1.5 kg of prepackaged frozen stuffing. Let's say we do not have time to unfreeze it. No problem! Put the 5-liter pot on the fire, the bay at the same time about 4 liters of water. We will cook macaroni or spaghetti. There's someone that you like.

While the water is boiling, we prepare the gas station. One medium onion cut into half rings and fry until golden in vegetable oil. Take 400 grams of frozen minced meat and add to the frying pan. We begin to stir, all the time turning the frozen hill of minced meat. So, gradually, it completely withers. When minced meat in our frying pan is completely defrosted, we will hold it for another 4-5 minutes. We shall salivate and pepper to taste. Here is our filling station ready for pasta. If desired, you can add here another tomato sauce or ketchup.

Boil the pasta as indicated on the package, decant, lightly rinse and season with the prepared stuffing. The cooking time is about 30 minutes. Fast, tasty and nutritious. So if you simultaneously put on the fire immediately two pots - for soup and for pasta, then a maximum of 40 minutes you will have a dinner of two dishes plus a salad.

Dessert

"Well, what about dessert?" You ask, "we probably will not have time to cook it." Let's think about what to cook for dinner so sweet. Well, you probably have a loaf or white bread. Milk and sugar, I think, will also be found. We beat one egg with a tablespoon of sugar (with a slide), add a pinch of vanilla and ¾ cup of milk. We heat the frying pan, throw a piece of butter (you can and refined vegetable). We dip well the slices of a loaf or white bread into the milk with the egg and fry on both sides until a light golden crust appears. Serve with tea.
