What is a group of health?
The health group is a special term that is needed to designate and assess the health of under-age citizens and conscripts. This division and documentary fixing it are very important for the state and for public organizations. Their significance lies in calculating the percentage of healthy children in the country and determining the permissible burden on them (physical education and work), as well as young people in the army.
So, as already mentioned above, it is the division into groups that allows you to determine the percentage of healthy children and adolescents in a state or public institution (kindergarten, school). The index of children's health is how these data are designated. It should be noted that in our time, its indicators are lagging behind the norm, as more and more students acquire so-called "adult" diseases - gastritis, ulcers, hypertension and hypotension, heart disease. If the norm of the percentage of children who are not ill (as a rule, this value is determined for a time interval equal to one year) is at least 70%, then the real data speak only about 30%.
But how does this group of health? It is not superfluous to say that there are only five of them. And only the first group of health makes up the index. It includes absolutely normal children in all respects, who either did not get sick at all, or occasionally had frivolous problems, did not suffer from any chronic diseases. For them, any type of activity is open, there are no restrictions.
The third group of health includes children suffering from chronic diseases. It is necessary to limit the motor activity.
The fourth group implies the presence of chronic diseases and / or congenital malformations in children entering into it. Such students, as a rule, are exempt from physical education and work.
In addition to children's, there are groups of health draftees. More precisely, the provision on military medical examination includes five categories corresponding to the groups described above:
- A - good for service.
- B - there are limitations.
- B - the restrictions are significant.
- G - temporarily can not serve.
- D - not good.
As you can understand, these categories are determined by the state of health of the draftee. The most complete information on the division into groups depending on the disease can be found in the relevant legislation.
