We cook at home: ice cream with our own hands

Nothing so does not cool on a hot summer day, like a tasty cold ice cream. This delicacy has for many years pleased any, though an adult, even a child. But, unfortunately, recently it becomes almost impossible to find a natural product on the shelves - without dyes, preservatives, flavors and other harmful additives. Producers are now trying to save on everything. Well, let them save, and we will make tasty and useful ice cream with our own hands, at home. After all, it's actually not so difficult.

To prepare ice cream with our own hands, we will need:

  • 4 egg yolks;
  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 250 g of cream;
  • vanillin;
  • 100 g of sugar (powdered sugar).

How to make ice cream by yourself at home:

  1. Bring the milk to the boiling point and immediately remove it from the plate.
  2. Add vanillin to hot milk, and let it stand for 20 minutes.
  3. While the milk is infused, whisk the yolks with sugar until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
  4. In the resulting mixture, gradually add the cooled milk with vanillin and cream, mix everything and put it on the fire again. As soon as the mass begins to thicken and a film appears, remove from the plate. Important: do not allow ice cream to boil, as soon as bubbles begin to appear, immediately reduce the fire. Otherwise, the entire mixture can simply collapse.
  5. Put the mixture in a cool place and allow to cool to room temperature. It will be good if you strain the future ice cream through a strainer - so you will get a homogeneous mass without lumps.
  6. Now you can put it in the refrigerator (not in the freezer!) For 2 hours. After the specified time, remove the workpiece and beat it with a mixer at a low speed for 3 minutes. The mass will become uniform and smooth. Now remove the ice cream for 2 hours in the freezer.
  7. Time passed, again get it and whisk again with a mixer for two minutes. At this stage, you can add nuts, chocolate chips or berries to the ice cream.
    And if you like classic plombir, then do not add anything.
  8. Well, now the ice cream is almost ready, it remains to pour it on the molds or leave it as it is, but it is necessary to put it back in the freezer again, so that it finally freezes. After 3 hours, the dessert will be completely ready.
  9. Now you know how to make homemade ice cream with your own hands, and you can treat them to your relatives and friends! And most importantly - you will be 100% sure of its harmlessness.

There is another option, how to make ice cream with your own hands. It is even simpler than the previous one. True, here the composition will include a shop stool. When choosing it, pay special attention to the composition indicated on the label: it should not contain water and other impurities, only natural products: milk, butter, sugar, etc.

Soft ice cream. Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Plombir (100 g);
  • Milk (50 ml);
  • Berries (fresh or frozen).

Cooking method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a deep glass and shake with a blender or mixer until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
  2. That's all, soft ice cream is ready! Bon Appetit!

This option is suitable as a dessert for any festive table, it is sure to appreciate both children and adults. It turns out very tasty and incredibly beautiful!
