Vodka "Borshevka": assortment, composition, reviews

Distillery "BryanskSpirtProm" with more than a century of history produces a wide range of alcohol and alcoholic beverages. This list includes several types of vodka, sweet and bitter tinctures and balsam "Bryansky", prepared according to a special technology. A special place in the assortment of the plant is occupied by gastronomic vodka "Borshevka" - the first in Russia and the only one in the world. It is ideally suited to the taste of Russian cuisine and designed specifically to revive the centuries-old traditions of the Slavic feast.

Features of vodka "Borshevka"

As it was said above, "Borshevka" - gastronomic vodka. This means that the production of this product uses ingredients that are characteristic of the traditions of a certain cuisine in the world. Vodka "Borshevka" is made on the basis of aromatic alcohols, for the tincture of which the products of Russian cuisine are used: cabbage, garlic, pepper, bay leaf. Thanks to them, alcohols are enriched with polysaccharides and mineral substances, aromatic and other compounds pass into them, the taste becomes saturated, bright, pronounced. This process of infusing plants with a mixture of alcohol and artesian water is called maceration. The use of only natural ingredients in the production process determines the uniqueness of the Borshevka vodka composition.

After maceration, aromatic alcohols undergo double distillation and eight filtration stages. This allows us to say with certainty that "Borshevka" is the purest vodka. After the last filtration, the finished product is not immediately bottled. Several days stand out for the vodka to mature in the gastronomic plan. At this moment, a flavor and aromatic bouquet of the product is formed, which allows to reveal the taste of Russian cuisine dishes.

Vodka "Borshevka": a range of products

Depending on what products were used for tincture of alcohols, there are three types of vodka:

  • "Borshchevka original" is a composition of five fragrant alcohols. Rye bread and cabbage are clearly heard in the taste with a slight aftertaste of bay leaf, pepper and garlic. It can be served with borsch with sour cream, beetroot, sauerkraut, lard with garlic and black bread. It is recommended to use it in the form cooled to a temperature of 15 degrees.

  • "Borshchevka with chill" - vodka with the taste of celery, cumin, coriander and dill. After eating leaves a pleasant mint chill. It fits well with summer dishes, such as cabbage soup, young potatoes, etc.
  • "Borshchovka with a spark" - warming vodka, in the taste of which distinctly traced notes of spicy and fragrant pepper, garlic, cabbage and fresh bread. It is ideal for meat dishes and lightly salted cucumbers.

To feel the whole uniqueness of the aromatic bouquet, you should drink Vorska Borshchovka no more than three times a day for 25 grams.

The composition of vodka

The composition of vodka "Borshevka" is the most natural. In the taste distinct notes of certain products on the basis of which maceration was produced can be clearly traced. Depending on the type of product, the list of constituent ingredients may vary significantly.

The composition of vodka "Borshchevka original" includes purified prepared water, ethyl alcohol rectified from food raw materials, sugar syrup, rye bread aromatic alcohol, spirits infusions of cabbage, garlic, bay leaves, pepper. The rest of the products from the brand assortment (with chill and spark) differs in composition in that instead of these ingredients, alcoholic tinctures of other vegetables and spicy spices are used.

Vodka "Borshevka", regardless of the species, has the same strength in 40% of the revolutions. Caloric content of the product is 220 kcal in 100 grams.

Impressions from the use of "Borshevka" vodka from buyers remain twofold. On the one hand, they like the naturalness of the composition and the soft taste of the drink. On the other hand, domestic buyers who are not accustomed to an unconventional, aromatic bouquet in taste, confuse the composition of the product and the aftertaste. This is especially true of an alcoholic beverage called vodka "Borshevka with chill."

The responses of these buyers are mostly neutral or negative. Also, most of them note that the price of vodka is set at a very high level. Most buyers had to taste "Borschevka original".
