2. Try to read the fine print. To train your eyes, wear one of them with a bandage and change the distance to the object of vision.

This advice can also cause surprise. But it turns out that reading a large font is harmful to the eye, since the nerves of the retina should completely bypass it. And this is very difficult work, if there is a need to read a large amount of material. With small print it's easier and more useful. The fact is that small letters can not be read with the naked eye without relaxation, so this work serves as a means of relieving tension.

3. Read in moving vehicles, as this allows the eyes to relax. A closer look causes tension, and moving and swing is useful for vision. Eyes are always ready for movement. 5. If you perform visual work, then take breaks every 45-50 minutes. It is advisable at the same time to walk, do simple exercises or, with your eyes covered with your hands, remember something pleasant. These simple procedures will relieve unnecessary stress and allow your eyes to more easily perceive the text.

The rules of vision hygiene

In daily life it is necessary to carry out certain measures to prevent the causes that cause a deterioration in the ability to see and develop various eye diseases. Visual hygiene recommends following the rules:

- correct lighting when reading;

- distances of 30 cm between the text and the eyes;

- maintaining the distance to the monitor, which is equal to the length of the outstretched arm;

- A balanced diet.

Hygiene of the organs of vision is a very effective means for increasing the tone of the eyes and tissues that surround it. For this procedure, there are special glass baths. Eyes can be washed with clean water, a solution of boric acid or table salt, as well as a decoction of chamomile.
