Rolls with bacon

Delicious rolls include not only lard. Recipes in the majority assume also presence of meat. To prepare one of the types of this snack you will need:

  • Beef - half a kilogram;
  • Lard - 300g;
  • 3 cloves garlic;
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper-peas, laurushka;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 2 cucumbers;
  • 2 tomatoes.

Meat is cut into pieces, which fight off, pepper and salt. Salo is cut into cubes, and garlic is squeezed into it. This mass should also be added.

On top of each piece of beef laid out bacon and wrapped in rolls. You can fix them with a toothpick or a skewer. The dish is fried from all sides in a hot frying pan. After that the rolls are transferred to a saucepan, where they are seasoned with bay leaf, pepper and salt. Add water here. All this is stewed for about an hour, until the meat is very soft.

A wonderful side dish to hot rolls will be vegetable assortment. You can sprinkle the top dish with chopped herbs.

Borscht

The most versatile product is lard. Recipes mean even its use in cooking soups. Of course, borsch is no exception. For him, you need to take cabbage, onion, 3 potatoes, carrots, beets, 3 tomatoes, a little butter, broth, lard, garlic, spices and greens.

First it is necessary to prepare vegetables. Cabbage is shredded, onions are cut very finely, carrots and beets rub on a large grater. With potatoes should be done exactly the same. Tomatoes should be doused with boiling water, peeled off and chopped. All the vegetables are put together in one pan, filled with water and stewed with a laurel and butter. After 40 minutes, broth is added here. Meanwhile, the fat should be carefully grinded with garlic and the resulting mass to add to the borsch. Once the soup comes to a boil, you can turn it off.

Salo with potatoes at home

It's time to prepare a second course, where there is bacon. Recipes are different, but for one of the fastest and easiest you need to take 15 potatoes, salted bacon (about 200 g), various spices, greens and a little boiled water (half a glass). Everything is incredibly easy. Potatoes are cleaned and cut into small slices. It is desirable that they are about the same size. They all lay out on a high baking tray. On top, potatoes should be salted and seasoned with other spices.

Salo is ground in thin slices and laid out on top of potatoes. At the bottom of the water flows, so that the dish is well prepared and does not remain raw or too roasted from below. The pan goes to the oven, where it is baked for 40 minutes. You can send it by sprinkling with herbs, but always in a hot state.

Original bacon in the oven

Very tasty baked bacon is obtained. Recipes can vary. However, you can surprise your guests with an original dish. For this, a variety of spices are laid out on the sheet. It can be coriander or cumin. In general, everything that is most like. It will take a few cloves of garlic, which are cut into plastics. In a piece of bacon special cuts are made, where this garlic is placed.

At the top of the spices lay a garlic-larded bar of lard, after which it is wrapped in foil. So the dish goes to the oven. The temperature should not be very high. The maximum it can be 60 degrees. 3 hours is required in order that the fat is fully prepared, after which it must be freed from foil and spices.

Salad with lard

You can even add fat to salad. Recipes on this subject are very diverse. It will take a little fat (50g), 300g of beet, onion, mayonnaise, greens, lemon juice, salt, sugar and pepper. The main ingredient, bacon, is cut very small cubes. Beetroot in the meantime boils in salted water, and afterwards is also crushed into cubes.

The onion is crushed and, together with the fat in the frying pan, is slightly passaged. All the prepared ingredients are mixed in one salad bowl and dressed with a mixture of lemon juice, spices and mayonnaise. If desired, the dish can be beautifully decorated with branches of greenery.

Salo is a very tasty and irreplaceable product for a festive table. Therefore, the dishes with it will always come in handy.
