To begin with, the classic and simplest recipe. Spaghetti should be boiled until cooked in slightly salted water. Instructions can be read on the packaging. But it's better if they are slightly undercooked. Then they are washed with water. However, the Italians, in order not to do this, add a tablespoon of olive oil when boiling in a saucepan. Next, put the product on a plate and pour the grated cheese (you can take any, at your discretion). This spaghetti recipe does not require a lot of ingredients and is cooked very easily.

The next cooking option is more complicated. This is Spaghetti Carbonara. For cooking, you need to take 250 grams of flour products, 150 grams of cheese, 200 grams of bacon, butter, 150 milliliters of cream and two eggs.

Spaghetti is boiled according to the instructions and we drain the water. You can rinse the pasta with water. We put them aside. Bacon cut into very thin strips and put on a frying pan. Add a little butter and fry until an appetizing crust appears.

Now we need to make the sauce. We beat two eggs with the addition of a small amount of salt. Cheese three with a grater and half pour into the sauce. There we pour cream. All well mix and pour this mixture to the bacon. A little warm it up. Then pour everything into spaghetti and mix well. In this case, keep the pan on the fire until the sauce thickens. As a supplement to flour products, you can take seafood, for example, mussels. The recipe for spaghetti with them is also simple. We take 300 grams of spaghetti and boil for the same technology. We put a frying pan on the fire and add to it three tablespoons of olive oil. Next, you need to clean and crush a little three garlic cloves. We put them on a frying pan and fry about 2 minutes. After that, we take it out and throw it away. Add 300 grams of mussels seasoned with lemon juice to the pan. We cook no more than five minutes. During this time, the liquid must evaporate. Now add 100 milliliters of cream. And we cook for about 4 minutes. Now mix the spaghetti and mussels in the sauce. When serving from above, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

The recipe for spaghetti almost never comes without cheese. You can take any, preferably solid varieties. The taste of this dish depends largely on the sauce. It can be prepared with the addition of minced meat and tomatoes. For this, forcemeat is fried, tomato paste or fresh tomatoes, greens and spices are added to it. As a basis, you can take poultry meat. Sometimes mushrooms are used as an additional ingredient.
