  6. Put the chopped onion into the empty frying pan. Fry for 5 minutes. We add carrots (straws) and pepper (rings). We continue to cook, stirring. After 3 minutes we lay tomatoes. The fire does not turn off. After another 5 minutes we send slices of courgettes into a frying pan.
  7. Fill the vegetables with water (half a cup). Solim. Sprinkle with your favorite spices. We add previously roasted turkey slices. Cover the dish with a lid. The fire is reduced to a minimum. Turkey with zucchini will stew for 25 minutes.
