Therefore, we use liquid from lakes (Onega, Baikal, Ladoga and hundreds of others) and rivers. In them, water is fresh from nature. Previously, people used the fluid that falls from the sky, that is, rain and snow.

Many scientists are still arguing about the origin of water on planet Earth. Geologists have put forward their own version, it consists in the fact that sometime ago, millions of years ago, our planet was attacked by huge comets and asteroids. They, according to geologists, contained water. And it was in this way that deep oceans appeared on Earth.
