The death of Hitler

The death of Hitler brought moral relief to the inhabitants of the whole world, because it meant the impossibility of repeating the horrors of World War II.

And the meaning of his life Adolf Hitler lost in April 1945, when the Allies ended the defeat of Germany. It became quite clear that the idea of world domination would no longer be realized. They say that, realizing the imminent defeat, Hitler gave instructions to destroy factories, food supplies - everything that belongs to the people of Germany, because this nation turned out to be weak, and therefore should not continue its existence. Adolf Hitler said then that henceforth world domination should belong to a more enduring Eastern people.

Let us recall the chronicle of the days after which Hitler's death followed.

26 April. Three quarters of the German capital were occupied by Soviet troops, but on that day, hope had not yet completely left the Fuhrer. Then he was in an underground bunker at a depth of eight meters, anxiously awaiting news. But by the evening it became clear that the forces of the two armies, the ninth and twelfth, could not liberate the capital. In his underground shelter, Hitler was not alone. With him was a mistress - Eva Braun, Goebbels with his family, chief of staff, adjutants, secretaries, guards. Witnesses argue that the imminent death of Adolf Hitler made itself felt. If he had not poisoned himself, he would not have lived very long for health reasons. He moved awkwardly, barely dragging his legs and throwing his body forward. It was difficult for him to keep his balance, his hands trembled. And my eyes were - no, not full of tears. His eyes were bloodshot. Khana Rajch, a fanatic fanatically devoted to Hitler, also in the dungeon, testifies that in his last days he was a tragicomic picture - it was clear that Hitler was losing his mind and did not control himself.

27 April. Hitler orders to open the floodgates on the Spree and flood one of the subway stations, where, according to information received by him, soldiers of the Soviet Army infiltrated . The order was executed, and as a result of flooding thousands of people were killed, who were then in the subway. They were wounded German soldiers, children and women.

29 April. A marriage took place between Eva Braun and Adolf Hitler. The ceremony was held in full compliance with the law - there was a wedding ceremony, made up a marriage contract. Bormann and Goebbels (witnesses), Krebs, secretaries and adjutants were invited to the celebration. The feast lasted not for long, after which Hitler made a will.

April 30. 200 liters of gasoline were delivered to the garden of the Chancellery on the orders of the Führer. Hitler and his wife were invited to the meeting room of all their associates (those who were with them in the bunker) in order to say goodbye. After parting Adolf Hitler and his wife stayed in the room, and all the others left her. The mystery of Hitler's death is that further could happen in two versions. If you believe the testimony of Ling, the personal valet of the Fuhrer, in the afternoon at half-past four the spouses were shot. When they came in, the wounds in the temples were clearly visible, and revolvers were near the dead. However, the main version, adopted by an absolute majority of historians, says that poisoning with cyanide, which was planned for a long time, caused the death of Adolf Hitler and his wife.

The bodies were wrapped in blankets, taken out into the street, laid in a funnel from a shell and set on fire with cooked gasoline. However, they burned badly enough, so the corpses still had to be buried. Soldiers of the Red Army discovered the bodies on May 4, and only on May 8 they were brought to one of the local morgues to identify individuals. In view of the fact that it was widely known that there were several twins in both of the dead, the Soviet authorities wanted to thoroughly investigate what had happened.

The studies were carried out mainly according to the data of Hitler's dentist, who described in detail the features of his oral cavity, which coincided with those found in the corpse. Also passed the identification of Eva Brown's body. In the mouth of the corpses were found fragments of ampoules, and in the chest of Eva Brown - also a trace from the wound. According to the conclusion of the examination, Hitler's death came from poisoning with cyanide. Nevertheless, one can not say with absolute certainty that it was precisely Hitler and his wife, since a carefully thought out plan could work. The death of Hitler today is difficult for a credible investigation, because not a single expert and pathologist survived, which could shed light on this story. The fate of Hitler's remains is also unknown. Presumably, they were sent to Moscow, but no one was able to find traces yet.
