The capital of the Republic of Crimea. Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea

Exactly 60 years Crimea was part of Ukraine (from 1954 to 2014). However, people always reach out to their native roots. Despite the close connection and fraternal spirit of the two nationalities, when it was time to choose, the Crimeans decided to rejoin Russia again. In March 2014 a referendum was held. So the Federal Republic of Crimea appeared.

History of Crimea

Throughout its history, Crimea has seen many peoples, cultures and customs. Once there were Greeks, Romans, Scythians and other peoples. Until 2014, the most notable event and change in the history of the Crimea was its transfer in 1954 by Nikita Sergeyevich Khrushchev (head of the USSR) to Ukraine. So, the territory of the once-former Tavria began to belong to this republic. The transfer of the peninsula was explained by the fact that it is tied to Ukraine by many resources. The gift was considered "for the benefit" of the further development of the Crimea. A broad gesture of Nikita Sergeyevich was made for the holiday of the reunification of fraternal peoples of Russia and Ukraine. So the life of the Crimeans changed. Despite the presence of the Ukrainian language in many areas (educational institutions, television, documentation, etc.), the inhabitants of the peninsula have always spoken Russian in everyday life. They considered him their first native language. Even the capital of the Republic of Crimea has always been Russian-speaking.

2014 - the year of changes in the Crimea

Meeting in 2014, many residents of the peninsula and did not expect that in the next, 2015, they will enter as Russians, and the territory of the Republic of Crimea will belong to the Russian Federation. This was preceded by many events. In Kiev, the people went to Khreshchatyk, dissatisfied with the Ukrainian government. Far from the former capital of the peninsula, most of them observed events from afar. By the way, at the moment many large Crimean enterprises have fallen into decay. Take, for example, Kerch Shipyard Zaliv, whose former power has sunk into oblivion. The lack of attention to such structures was obvious.

The Russian Republic of Crimea

In March 2014, Crimeans went to vote, and, as the election results showed, the majority of the inhabitants of the peninsula chose to join their native land in the Russian Federation. This decision was accompanied by a huge number of changes in the Crimea, as well as a sharp negative reaction from Ukraine. A transition period has come - the time of change in all spheres of life. The referendum divided families who did not understand the position of their relatives who are already in another country, and fraternal peoples. However, the inhabitants of the peninsula began a new life, because every smith himself own happiness.

Government of the Republic of Crimea

After the general referendum, with the appearance of a declaration on the independence of the Crimea of March 11, 2014, Sergei Valeryevich Aksyonov was appointed Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Crimea. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea is the executive body of state power. SV Aksyonov said that most of the ministers retained their posts. Some departments were renamed. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea was restructured.

Elections of the head of the Crimea

April 14, by presidential decree, Sergei Aksyonov was appointed acting head of the Crimea. September 17, his candidacy, along with Alexander Terentyev and Gennady Naraev, was included in the list of applicants for the above post. The State Council of the Republic of Crimea chose Sergei Aksyonov as the head of the government of the peninsula unanimously - in his favor 75 voices were cast. Besides him, there were two more candidates for this post. Each applicant could submit his program of further development of the peninsula. However, the other candidates agreed with the general opinion of the people and deputies that Aksyonov should become the chairman of the Council of Ministers. Sergei Valeryevich is also a member of the party "United Russia".

New contacts of the government of Crimea

With the advent of the new government, as it should be, contacts have also changed. In 2014, a new official website was created. Before this news from the leadership of the peninsula could be read only on Facebook. Now the inhabitants of the Crimea can get acquainted with the information and contact the leaders through the feedback form. On the site there are sections devoted to regulations and orders, as well as other documentation, various projects. Also Crimeans can get acquainted with photo and video materials concerning the management of the peninsula and the government of the Russian Federation. Information on district state administrations can be found in the corresponding section.

In the center of the peninsula, Simferopol, a contact center has begun its work, where people's appeals are recorded regarding various issues of concern to them. The number of incoming calls to the contact center is huge, therefore in the Crimea also operates a hotline, the staff of operators of which in the future it is planned to expand. The head of state asked residents of the peninsula to report on the relevant numbers about all cases of brutal behavior or inadequate performance of their direct duties by civil servants. Aksyonov said that he would personally monitor issues related to corruption and would not allow the transition period to allow people in senior positions to take advantage of this situation.

Changes in various spheres of life

Residents of the peninsula said goodbye to the Ukrainian legislation and began to study the new, as well as the development of programs operating in the Russian Federation. These issues raised a huge number of specialists, special training courses were organized for teachers, accountants, lawyers. Ukrainian banks left the territory, which could not continue their work due to new circumstances. However, they were quickly replaced by Russian structures. Also, new recreation programs were organized in the Crimea.

The new government of the peninsula drew attention to the powerful enterprises that are on the verge of collapse. Plans to restore the plants began to be developed. In December 2014, Sergei Aksyonov personally visited the Kerch Shipyard, promising that the leadership of the Crimea will fully support the development of the Gulf. Also, the Russian government is trying to respond quickly and resolve issues such as the supply of water and electricity to the peninsula. In this area, there were some complications. The Ukrainian government blocked the canal, which was a source of drinking water for the Crimeans, and also for some time did not supply electricity to the Crimea.

Simferopol - the Crimean center

As before, the city of Simferopol is the capital of the Republic of Crimea. It is also a point of transport connection, which connects the cities of Tavria. In Simferopol there is an international airport, through it there is a railway branch. Regular buses can approach the railway station. Simferopol, the capital of the Republic of Crimea, is the main point of transportation between different parts of the peninsula. Most tourists pass through this city or fly to his airport.

Earlier from Simferopol it was possible to go by train to the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, but at the end of 2014 the situation changed. Railway communication with Ukraine was blocked. The capital of the Republic of Crimea can no longer send trains or buses across the border. Also in this city are important state centers. During the transition period, a large number of seminars are held on Russian legislation, training courses for various specialists.

The Kerch bridge

The ferry in the Kerch port is the only link connecting the peninsula and the Russian coast at the beginning of 2015. After the annexation of Crimea, the load on ferries increased, however, their number increased. In the summer of 2014, this type of connection could not serve a huge flow of machines, which led to the formation of long lines on both sides. Also, in the case of a storm and worsening of weather conditions, the crossing is closed, since the transport of passengers or vehicles in such situations is dangerous. A bridge built across the Kerch Strait could solve many communication problems between the banks.

The project was not once published. This is the most convenient form of communication that you can imagine. Crimeans, like the inhabitants of mainland Russia, are eagerly awaiting the implementation of this project.
