Tartlets with shrimps and other seafood

The dish with the interesting name of the tartlet is a small basket, baked from puff pastry or short pastry. The filling in them can be the most diverse: sweet, meat, vegetable. But we decided to talk about how to prepare tartlets with shrimps and other seafood.

Tartlets with shrimps

To prepare this dish you will need a ready-made puff pastry (it can be bought in a supermarket) - 3 sheets, 3 hard -boiled eggs, a few olives, 50 g of peeled shrimp, mayonnaise for filling, pepper, salt and, if desired - thyme Interesting taste).

Each sheet of dough in a frozen form is cut into 6 parts and put on a greased form. Bake it for about 10 minutes, and after it has cooled, cut into 2 parts.

For the filling you need to cut (very finely) eggs, shrimps, olives (they should be about 1 tablespoon in chopped form), pour mayonnaise and add spices to taste. On the baked pieces of dough to lay out the filling and form "turrets". From above you can decorate with olives and greens.

If you want tartlets with shrimps to have a more distinctive flavor, you can take a little more shrimp and lay them thinly on the dough immediately, and on top already put the stuffing.

Tartlets with crabs

To cook them, take crabmeat 250 gr, 1 table. L. Butter, 1 small onion, 3 eggs of small size, 3 table. L. Sour cream, and seasoning - pepper, hot sauce and salt.

Tartlets can also be baked from the purchased dough and, while they are still hot put the stuffing in them.

The filling should be prepared as follows: diced onion lightly fry. Then add crab meat to it and fry it all together for another 2 minutes. Cut the cut eggs together with sour cream, pepper, salt and sauce (add the last 3 ingredients to your taste) and pour this mixture into the pan. Stew until it thickens. It is this mixture and fill tartlets.

Tartlets with shrimps and cheese

To prepare this dish you will need 150 gr of cheese (always soft), 6 large king prawns, 1 pc. Red onion, about 300 gr. Yeast test (also can be bought), 1 table. L. Vegetable oil and grams of 50 rucola. Also you will need a marinade, which can be made from 6 table. L. Vegetable oil, juice, squeezed out of 1 lemon, and his own zest, 1-2 cloves of garlic, a little salt, parsley and pepper fragrant ground.

So, prepare the marinade. Parsley and garlic crushed, add to the butter, there also pour the zest, pepper and salt. Separate half of this mixture and add lemon juice to it. We will fill it with filling. And the rest of the laid out the peeled shrimp and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

From the dough cut out the circles (it turns out pieces of 6) and carefully put them on the baking tray. The blunt side of the fork or knife is pressed through their inner part, leaving approximately 1 cm from the edge and thus forming the skirts.

Cut the cheese into cubes, the onion into half rings. On a heated frying pan we spread the onion and fry it to a barely noticeable golden hue. Mix with cheese and spread on tartlets. Then cover them with foil and put it into a preheated oven for about 10 minutes. On large pieces tear the handle and together with the shrimp we put it in a frying pan. We also add this mixture to the tartlets. Tartlets with prawns, cheese and rucola are ready!

Tartlets with shrimps and avocado

To prepare this dish, stock up the following set of products:

For the test: one and a half table. L. Sour cream, a third of tsp. Slaked soda, a quarter of a packet of margarine and flour (no precise measure, you need to gradually introduce it into the mixture of the previous products, until the dough will lose its stickiness.

For the filling: a third of the shrimp pack, 1 small and necessarily ripe avocado, a little dried almonds, bay leaves, peppercorns, half a glass of cream (you can just milk with high fat content) and, of course, pepper and salt.

Prepare the dough (any puff recipe will do) and put it in the refrigerator until it cools down. Almond is cleaned and poured with boiling water for 5 minutes. When it cools down, pour it again, and then fry in the oven until it turns brown. Meanwhile, cook the ricotta (the most common recipe). Avocado , peel, and together with ricotta, cream, pepper and salt, beat in a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained. You can add a little dill. Fried almonds finely chop and also add to the filling.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out the thin crusts and make a circle with the glass (the size of the glass will determine the size of the future tartlets.) Put them on a greased baking tray and bake, so that no blisters are formed, pierce them with a fork.

While tartlets are baked, put laurushka, salt and fragrant pepper in the boiling water and let them pour for about 5 minutes. Then boil the shrimp in this broth (no more than 5 minutes, otherwise they will lose their structure). Then clean them when cool, cut and mix with the filling.

Now it only remains to put the stuffing on the tartlets, and decorate them with pieces of shrimp or greens from above.
