The recipe for fried chicken navels or stomachs is very simple. First we prepare the navel. We clean them from veins and excess fat and rinse well under running water. Next, boil them until ready in salt water. We cook about an hour and a half or a little less. The main thing is that they are soft. Then we pull them out of the pan and cut them into two pieces each. After that, take a pan and add a little vegetable oil. We fry the navels, but do not overdry. We put them in a pot or cauldron, intended for extinguishing. Now we take one bulb and, cutting it in small pieces, put it into a frying pan. Fry to a transparent color and add to the onions grated grated carrot. Lightly fry (until soft) onions with carrots and put them into the cauldron over the navels. Then fill them with sour cream (200 grams), in which we add a spoonful of table flour beforehand. Now stew until the chickens are ready. The recipe is designed for 600-700 grams of this by-product. Salt, any pepper add to taste. Stewed sour cream in the sour cream is served with garnish.

Then we will stir them in a pan with cold water and put it on the fire. We bring the navels to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then drain the water and rinse the chicken offal. Again, fill them with cold water and set to cook until ready (1.5-2 hours). Given that the navels cook this long time, you can do this procedure in advance. But the taste of the salad depends on the softness of the navel. After the navels are welded they need to be cooled. We cut the by-product with straw. Next, we take 600-700 grams of champignons and cut them into bars or plates. Fry them in a frying pan until the liquid disappears. After that, add a little vegetable oil in the frying pan and fry the mushrooms until ready. We take the bulb and cut it into half rings. Also fry it with the addition of vegetable oil.

Now it remains to connect all the ingredients (mushrooms, navels and onions). Solim to taste and pour any pepper. As a dressing, we use mayonnaise.

You can also prepare a delicious roast using chicken thongs. The recipe is interesting and simple. We take 500 grams of chicken navels, we clean them and cut them into pieces of medium size. 300 grams of champignons also need to be washed, peeled and cut into small plates. Now in a frying pan fry navel with mushrooms. We use a little vegetable oil for this purpose. When these two ingredients are slightly fried, add to them 1-1.5 kg of potatoes, which is cut into cubes. Then add the water or broth to the pan so that the liquid covers the contents. Quench until fully cooked. A few minutes before the end of cooking, you need to add two tablespoons of sour cream. We mix everything well. Salt and any pepper to taste. That's how you can cook a delicious and mouth-watering dish, using chicken whipped pinks. Recipe can be supplemented at its discretion with any vegetables.
