Fish steamed with oranges

Preparation. Clean the orange. We cut the pulp and fry them in a mixture of cream and sunflower oil. Cut out the parchment rectangles (for each piece of fish separately, the side of the carved square is about 50 cm). Now for each piece of parchment we lay out a piece of fish, on top - a piece of toasted orange, season with sage, salt, pepper and wrap it in an envelope. We cook fifteen minutes. Served with potatoes and vegetables.

Ice fish for steaming with vegetables

Ingredients. Carcase of fish, young carrots (2 pcs.), Asparagus young (3 pcs.), A third of a glass of sweet pea varieties, juice of half a lemon, butter (slice, 5-7 g), salt.

Preparation. The fish should be cleaned, gutted, the fins removed, the carcass rinsed and put on a towel to dry. Now rub it inside and outside with pepper and salt. We cut vegetables and stuff the fish. Add a piece of butter and sew it so that the juice does not flow out. We cook in a steamer for about 30 minutes. Before you serve, do not forget to pull the thread and sprinkle the fish with lemon juice.

Red fish for a couple

Ingredients. The fillet of red fish (a piece of about 150 grams), a large bunch of greens (onion, parsley, rukkola, dill), butter (olive, 3 tablespoons), a teaspoon of lemon juice, pepper, thyme, salt.

Preparation. We spread the bottom of the steamer with herbs. We rub fish with pepper and salt and put it on the resulting green "pillow". We cook 20 minutes. Pour the prepared dish with oil and lemon juice.

Steamed fish in Chinese

Ingredients. Fish dorada (you can use another, for example, catfish - 500 g), soy sauce (fungus sauce ready, 2 tablespoons), ground ginger, parsley, garlic (2 teaspoons), tarragon leaves 5-7, it is desirable to take tarragon fresh), thyme, three cloves of garlic, salt, pepper.

Preparation. We cut the fish, release it from the bones, cut off the tail, fins, head. On both sides, pepper, salt, sprinkle with seasonings and pour sauce. We leave to insist, having cleaned or removed in a cold, periodically inverting that it was better impregnated. Infuse for at least two hours.

Spread the carcass on foil and pour the resulting marinade with the juice of fish. Fold the foil, thus forming a mold, and put it in a steamer. Cover and cook for about half an hour. Then turn off the steamer, but we do not take out the fish, but we give it some more time to protrude (until the water in the steamer starts to cool down).

Green salmon with ginger

Ingredients. Pink salmon (600 g), ground ginger (two pinch), lemon, soy sauce, salt.

Preparation. Half a lemon rubbed on a grater and mixed with ginger. Add the sauce to this mixture. We cut the fish (pieces at the discretion), mixed with the resulting marinade and let it brew for about three hours (can be more). We put it in a steamer, top it with a marinade and cook for 20 minutes.

To this dish, any salads from vegetables are perfect. And if there is a desire, then try and make the sauce.

Ingredients. Butter (160 g), two eggs, a lemon (whole, medium size), greens and salt.

Preparation. Oil is brought to a soft state (we reheat, but do not melt). Cook hard-boiled eggs and cut as small as possible. Cut (also finely) greens, squeeze the juice of a whole lemon and turn on the blender. Quickly, simply and most importantly - delicious.
