  4. Put on a round shape for baking (diameter of the bottom of 28 cm), all the excess cut.
  5. Bake cakes in the oven at 200 degrees. This will take 5-7 minutes, most importantly, do not overdry and burn. Remove the ready-made cakes with a knife and gently, since they are very brittle.
  6. Cut the raw dough into a baking tray and bake. Finished products chop into crumb and set aside.

Stage two. Cream and cake decoration

  1. I managed to grind 3 yolks and 3 cups of sugar.
  2. Add flour (3 cups), stir.
  3. Pour a little milk and stir to the state of jelly.
  4. Now, in a quantity of 500 ml, boil the milk and add to the mass.
  5. Put it on the fire and bring to a boil.
  6. Beat butter with sugar (2 cups), adding custard (each time in a spoonful). After each addition, whisk well to make a smooth, uniform consistency.
  7. As a result, the cream should have a gentle, airy and light texture.
  8. Lubricate the cakes and put them on top of each other.
  9. Sprinkle the top of Napoleon.
  10. Ready cake put in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours. Above, you can set the oppression in the form of a jar of water or a kettle. The remaining crumb sprinkle the sides of the cake, which will make the cream.

The recipe for a simple and tasty cake from jam with sour cream

A set of products: flour (2 items), milk (art.), Jam (art.), Sugar (art.), Eggs (2), soda.

For cream: sour cream (2 tablespoons), sugar powder (0,5 items).

Cooking a delicious and quick cake

  1. Beat 2 eggs, mix with 1 glass of sugar.
  2. Add milk, jam, sugar, flour and soda, all the while stirring.
  3. The dough is divided into 2 parts and baked at 180 degrees with 2 crusts.
  4. Cut them into layers (how many it will turn out), smeared with cream (beaten with powdered sour cream), stacked on each other and sent to the refrigerator for impregnation.
  5. Ready cake can be sprinkled with grated chocolate, nuts or fresh fruit.
