After all, it's enough just to get a big fresh fish and a small amount of spices. So, let's talk about how to make a simple and quick lunch from a river product along with a side dish and sauce.

Required ingredients:

  • Salt fine sea, pepper fragrant red - add at personal discretion;
  • Large fresh pike - 1 pc. On 3-4 kg;
  • Carrots average - 2 or 3 pcs .;
  • Large onion - 3 pcs .;

Next, the pike needs to be coated with shallow sea salt, red peppercorn and left aside for soaking.

Vegetable dressing for fish

Preparation of fried pike takes a little time, but in order to make such a dinner more satisfying, flavorful and tasty, it is recommended to make a vegetable dressing separately. It should be practiced while marinated steaks of fish. For this it is required to take onion and carrots, brush them, and then chop or grate on a large grater. After that, vegetables should be put in a saucepan and fry until golden brown, before sprinkling with salt, oil and red pepper.
