Special diet with kidney disease, we lose weight safely

Diets are different, diets are all important. Currently, there is a huge variety of diets: therapeutic, preventive, weight loss and others. In this article, we'll talk about two of them, created specifically for people with kidney disease. The first diet for kidney disease is designated as a preventive measure aimed at improving health and improving the overall condition. The second diet for those who try unsuccessfully to remove surpluses in the form of fatty interlayers, but does not know how to do it, because of chronic kidney disease.

So, let's begin. The diet in case of kidney disease is called "Table № 7", it is appointed by the attending physician to prevent the disease, improve the kidneys themselves, restore lipid-protein and electrolyte-water metabolism in the body. The diet for kidney pyelonephritis is based on a decrease in the diet of proteins, salts and potassium, extractives. The recommended methods of preparing foods in the period indicated by the doctor are baking, cooking, quenching and languishing. Excludes any type of roasting. All food is cooked without sodium. The amount of water consumed should not generally exceed diuresis (the amount of urine released). A measured diet, divided into five to six meals a day, is introduced.

Daily ration content:

- up to 20 g of proteins;

- 85 g of fats;

- 360 g of carbohydrates;

- up to 1 g of sodium;

- up to 1.5 g of potassium;

- up to 15 g of iron.

This diet for kidney disease lasts about two weeks. Then, if there is an improvement, the amount of proteins is doubled, the amount of fats is increased by 1 g, carbohydrates per 100 g, the amount of the allowed liquid is increased to 1200 ml per day.

In the presence of a nephrotic syndrome, a diet (with kidney disease) is prescribed, with compensation for deficiency and protein loss, contributing to overall health improvement and aimed at restoration of lipid and electrolyte-water metabolism. The energy value at such a table should not exceed 2900 kilocalories (430 g of carbohydrates, 80 g of fat, 125 g of proteins).

Diet in kidney disease (hemodialysis) implies a balanced diet with a sharp violation of renal activity. 3000 kilocalories per day (60 g of animal proteins, 100 g of fats, carbohydrates 430 g), 800 ml of liquid (with anuria up to 400 ml of liquid). Add 1.5 grams of large salt per day.

Diet with kidney disease. Permitted products:

- low-fat meat / fish / game / eggs in boiled form;

- all kinds of vegetables and fruits in the form of ragout, vegetable or vegetarian soups (beetroot, borsch, fruit soup) ;

- fermented milk products, excluding cheese;

- pasta and cereals to regulate the amount of carbohydrates;

- bread with bran or rye, wheat or protein-free;

- from sweets honey and without sprinkle marmalade;

- weak tea and juices, compotes and decoctions of berries and herbs.

Diet with kidney disease. Prohibited products:

- fatty meat / game / fish and broths from them;

- smoked products and sausages;

- caviar in any form and canned food;

- sharp and salty foods;

- Cocoa and water with sodium, carbonated drinks;

- all kinds of beans;

- radish and turnips, fresh garlic and spinach, dried apricots and prunes;

- products with cholesterol content;

- all kinds of cakes and any creams.

Diet in case of kidney disease should not only be full and varied, but also contain a sufficient amount of vitamin preparations, in addition to the prescribed proteins, carbohydrates and fats. The food should be distributed at regular intervals and occur at least five times a day, in divided batches. Diet when omitting the kidney is different from the described decrease in the amount of food consumed.

Diet in kidney disease for weight reduction is different from the prophylactic amount of kilocalories consumed per day, they should be reduced to 1,600 kcal per day. From the products all sweet and flour, pasta and potatoes are excluded. Food should also remain fractional, the intake of vegetables and fruits increases.

8.30. Portion of vinaigrette with a minimum amount of potatoes, flavored with fat-free sour cream or yogurt, tea on 1% milk, fruit.

12.30. Omelette on a single-percentage milk of yolks (proteins removed), oat porridge, steamed on 1% milk, broth of wild rose without sugar.

16.30. Beetroot without potatoes, seasoned with low-fat cream, vegetable patties with added scrolled low-fat meat, unsweetened compote of dried fruits.

19.30. Buckwheat porridge on the water, a piece of boiled chicken breast, green tea, fruit.

21.30. One-percent milk is a glass.
