What are the groups of fruits?

Fruits are an indispensable element of nutrition, as they provide a person with organic acids, thanks to which the balance in the digestive system is maintained. These sources of life actively prevent the appearance and spread in the body of unwanted free radicals, leading to aging and loss of skin cells elasticity. That's why doctors recommend using fragrant fruits not only inside, but also making masks from them.

Most of the vitamins are concentrated in the upper layers of the fruit: skin, skin. Therefore, fruits with a clean surface can not be cut. Of the green group of fruits, it is worth highlighting avocado and green apples. These fruits contain chlorophyll, trace elements - calcium, potassium, magnesium - and a large number of dietary fibers that improve digestion. Chlorophyll is able to prevent the onset of cancer. In the opinion of nutritionists, it is better to eat fruits in raw form.

Lilac color combines plums, grapes, blueberries, blackberries. They contain antioxidants, prevent the appearance of thrombi. They help effectively combat pathogens, contribute to delaying the aging of living cells in the body. When cooking, their nutritional value is reduced, so it is better to eat these fruits raw.

Yellow fruits are apples, melon, pineapple, peaches. The yellow group contains a number of flavonoids. These organic substances activate digestion, have antibacterial and antioxidant properties.

And, finally, white-brown group includes white, beige and brown fruits: bananas, dates, white melon, pear with brown skin. The substances contained in them allicin and villages participate in supporting the work of the heart, lower the level of unwanted cholesterol in the blood.
