Self-education of the preschool teacher: councils for organization

The quality of each preschool institution depends on the qualifications of its pedagogical staff. Therefore, parents, choosing for their child a kindergarten, first of all pay attention to the level of professionalism of the educator who will work with their child.

The development and education of the new generation is a very important matter. The teacher can not do without knowledge in the field of child psychology, anatomy, physiology and, of course, pedagogy. Therefore, the self-education of the educator of the DOW, his desire for creative search, comprehensive information is the guarantee of effective work of the kindergarten and the harmonious development of its small inhabitants.

Planned education

To help the educator develop special programs for continuous improvement of skills, which mean a periodic (every few years) training courses, participation in the methodological work of the kindergarten, city, district.

Self-education of the preschool teacher

The book is an invariable helper in self-improvement. In the literary arsenal of each teacher should be the work of the great educators of past years, such as N.K. Krupskaya, A.S. Makarenko, V.A. Sukhomlinsky, N.I. Pirogov, etc. The library will always help in finding the necessary information.

The self-education of the preceptor of the DOW helps him to adapt quickly to changes in the social environment, to get acquainted with innovations in education in a timely manner, regularly replenish the theoretical knowledge of pedagogical science, and improve his skills and abilities.

Education of "little people" often requires an individual approach, and a good theoretical basis for effective work of the teacher is not enough. Therefore, the self-education of the educator in the DOW must necessarily include the exchange of experience with other colleagues in matters of education and training, the organization of the pedagogical process.

Tips for organizing the process of self-education:

  1. The teacher should create a separate notebook for self-study, in which he will write out the most significant moments of various educational technologies.
  2. It is advisable to select a topic for study that is similar to the problems that arise or arise in a pre-school institution. So the teacher at once can apply the received knowledge in practice.
  3. Self-education of the preschool teacher presupposes comparison of the studied information with data from other sources, analysis of similarities and differences. This allows you to form your own judgments on a particular issue.
  4. Conclusions obtained as a result of the study should be discussed with colleagues at the pedagogical meeting. This will identify inaccuracies in understanding, adjust knowledge.
  5. The collected data in the abstract can be useful for participation in pedagogical conferences, meetings and discussions. Therefore, it is better to store them in a structured and orderly manner.

And yet, the self-education of the kindergarten teacher should not consist only in keeping notes and preparing reports for speaking at pedagogical meetings. Work on the development of professional qualities should have real practical results: the creation of their own successful methods of work, games and benefits for toddlers, increasing the level of interaction with pupils, and the overall development of the personality of the teacher.
