History

The theater of satire (Moscow) was opened in the autumn of 1924. His first room was the basement of a house in Bolshoy Gnezdinsky Lane. Previously, there was a cabaret "The Bat". In the mid-40's. The academic theater of satire moved to the premises on Malaya Bronnaya.

In 1957, V. Pluchek became the main director. His performances were a great success for the viewer.
