Salad from red cabbage. Recipe # 1

What you need: red cabbage, orange, apple, lemon juice, mayonnaise is light.

There are no exact proportions for this salad. Everything is taken in accordance with their own tastes and preferences.

What to do:

  1. Cut cabbage, sprinkle it with juice squeezed from a lemon (usually 1 tablespoon is enough) and send it to a cold place for 1 hour; Rub the apple on a grater.
  2. Orange peel and cut into small slices. Mix all ingredients and season with mayonnaise.

Such a salad is just a real storehouse of vitamins! At the same time, its caloric content is quite small. And if you use not mayonnaise as a dressing, but vegetable oil with mustard, then the number of calories will be even less!

Salad from red cabbage. Recipe # 2

What you need: red cabbage (300 grams), lettuce (200 grams), canned sugar (150 grams), cherry tomatoes (200 grams), soy sauce, vegetable oil (preferably olive), walnuts (optional) Salt (to taste, but it is worth considering that soy sauce is quite salty).

What to do:

  1. Rinse thoroughly in running water and dry with salad leaves. It is fine to break them.
  2. Shred cabbage, cut into four tomatoes.
  3. Nuts grind in a coffee grinder (or with a blender). If any of these devices are not available - will help out an ordinary rolling pin. Nuts lay on the table and walk on them with a rolling pin. Attention! Nuts should not turn into a kind of flour.

Salad from red cabbage. Recipe number 3 (warm salad)

What you need: red cabbage (400 grams), apples (300 grams), raisins (50 grams), white wine (150 grams), garlic (2 cloves), salt (to taste), black pepper (to taste), olive oil (40 grams).

What to do:

  1. Raisins pour boiling water and leave for 30-40 minutes. After that, drain the water, and rinse with raisins with maximum zeal.
  2. Shred cabbage. Cut apples into cubes or thin straws.
  3. In a fairly deep pan, heat the oil and add garlic, previously passed through the press.
  4. Put cabbage, apples and raisins in the pan. Add salt and pepper. Fry, stirring constantly, 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add wine. Stew until there is almost no liquid left.
