Pineapple salad for any holiday

Canned pineapples are a universal product, as they can be used not only in desserts, but also in salads, and even in hot dishes. Many people might think that it's simply impossible to combine this fruit, meat and mayonnaise. In fact, such a pineapple salad is very tasty and satisfying. You can experiment with food and get new and unusual dishes.

Option number 1

For this salad you need to take the following ingredients: half a kilogram of chicken (any part, for example, fillets, breast or chicken legs), you will also need a jar of pineapples and corn, 3 eggs, about 120 g of cheese and mayonnaise for refueling.

Cooking process

Interestingly, this salad can be laid out in layers or simply mix all the ingredients. Consider the first option.

  1. The selected part of the chicken must be boiled, cut into small cubes and put on the bottom of the salad bowl. Top layer is smeared with mayonnaise.
  2. With corn drain the liquid, put on top of the chicken and again grease with mayonnaise.
  3. If you bought pineapples with rings, then they need to be cut into pieces, and if you have already bought them, then put them next layer. Again grease with mayonnaise.
  4. The next layer - crushed on a large grater of cooked eggs and again mayonnaise.
  5. Next is grated cheese on a large grater, and again greased with mayonnaise. To the pineapple salad was not fat, mayonnaise use a little and buy an easy option.

Option number 2

This pineapple salad with cheese is very gentle and light. It is prepared simply and quickly. For this dish you need to take such ingredients: a jar of canned pineapples and champignons. In addition, you will need 3 chicken breasts, about 150 grams of cheese, greens and mayonnaise. If you do not use such a dressing, then replace it with sour cream.

Cooking process

  1. In this version, the chicken is not boiled, but is cooked in the oven. To do this, pre-salt and pepper the breasts, and then for 35 minutes, send them to the oven, which needs to be heated to 180 degrees.
  2. All ingredients should be finely chopped. They are laid out in this order: mushrooms, pineapple, chicken, pineapple, mushrooms, greens, a little mayonnaise, and topped with grated cheese on a fine grater.

Option number 3

Salad from crabs and pineapples is present on the festive table of many families. To prepare this dish you need to take such products: a large jar of pineapples, 4 eggs, about 120 grams of cheese, as many crab sticks, lettuce leaves, greens and mayonnaise.

Cooking process

  1. Cheese, crab sticks and cooked eggs should be cut into cubes of medium size. Dill finely chopped. All the ingredients are mixed and seasoned with mayonnaise. If you want to add piquancy, then use a clove of garlic.
  2. Spread the salad unusually. On a flat dish, lay pineapple rings, on them - lettuce leaves, and then - other ingredients. On top, you can sprinkle a small amount of ground black pepper.

Option No. 4

Pineapple salad, the recipe of which we now consider, is very fresh and tasty. This dish will certainly be to the liking of many. For this option, take the following ingredients: fresh pineapple, 320 g of peeled shrimp. For refilling you need: 2 tbsp. Spoons of lemon and the same amount of orange juice, 3 tbsp. Spoons of olive oil, literally a drop of honey, greens, salt and pepper.

Cooking process

  1. Pineapple should be cut in half and remove the middle with a sharp knife or spoon. It is important that the walls remain intact, as this will be our "plate".
  2. Pineapple pulp should be cut into cubes. The main thing - before this remove the hard core.
  3. Clean prawns should be salted, and then fry in olive oil for two minutes on each side.
  4. Now prepare the gas station separately. To do this, mix orange and lemon juice, honey, sugar, shredded greens, a little olive oil, salt and pepper. The sauce should be thoroughly mixed until homogeneous.
  5. In a bowl, combine shrimp and pineapple, add the dressing and mix. Then put in a half of pineapple. Also this pineapple salad can be served with the usual mayonnaise.

Option number 5

This pineapple salad is similar to the previous version, but it is a little more difficult to prepare. For this dish, you need to take the following ingredients: fresh pineapple, 25 royal shrimps, a small bell pepper, avocado, leeks and rukola. For refilling you need: 3 tbsp. Spoonful of lemon juice, 100 ml of olive oil, 3 teaspoons of grain mustard and as much grated ginger, salt and pepper.

Cooking process

  1. As in the previous version, you need to cut and peel the pineapple.
  2. Cut the fruits and vegetables into cubes, and the onions into half rings.
  3. Shrimp should be boiled, this will take you about 4 minutes.
  4. In the jar mix the ingredients for refilling, close the lid and shake several times. Salad dress with cooked sauce.
  5. Put pineapple on the bottom of the pineapple, and on the top - lettuce.
