Let's start with a simple one:

- 2 cans of saury to put in a bowl and mash with a fork. Finely chop the onion, add to the fish. A few boiled hard-boiled eggs grate on grater (yolk and protein together) or too small chop. Add a little oil from a tin can, sprinkle with pepper or seasonings, season with mayonnaise. This salad of canned saury is very tasty with a young potato.
