Stand at attention and look forward, but if it's hard for you to stand, then you can sit on a bed or a chair. Then bend forward slightly, hands should be loosely lowered, neck relaxed. Slightly bend your head and take a sharp breath. When exhaling, return to the starting position. Exercise repeat forty eight times. Then, after two hours, repeat these steps again.

If the first time you do not manage to stop the attack, do not worry. Repeat the exercise again and again with other attacks, and everything will turn out.
