Well, when in the wardrobe there are several bags for all occasions. Even better, if it has a comfortable, durable and practical denim bag. With your own hands to sew such a bag is not difficult, so there is no need to save money to buy it.
At first it may seem that only a master with many years of experience will be able to create such a bag. In fact, sewing is not at all more difficult than knitting bags. So, for example, this miracle product from old jeans took only a couple of hours. And the decoration took a bit more than an hour.
There are old jeans, but you want a new accessory? Feel free to do it, and the next day your friends will appreciate your masterpiece. A denim bag, sewn and decorated with your own hands , will immediately become a favorite, of course, if you do not want to make a new one out of those hanging on the back of a brother's jeans chair.

Step-by-step instruction on turning old jeans into a bag
Step 1. Wash washed and ironed trousers on a flat surface. Bend the inner front pockets upwards so that they do not fall under the edge. Cut off the trousers as shown in the photo - just below the funnel. Do not throw them away - they will come in handy.
Step 2. Cut the bobbin on the front of the jeans (almost to the zipper) very neatly and as close to the seam. Repeat the same on the other side. Level it by placing one part on the other. It must be done so that the fabric does not fray. Perhaps, it is necessary to cut a little more, so that the details become as flat as possible. Lay the seam on the sewing machine over the gulp, trying to get into the original seam of the jeans. Secure. Do the same on the back of the former trousers.
Step 3. Turn the bag inside out. Connect both parts and trim, if necessary, with the scissors the bottom line of the cut. The back will be slightly wider than the front. Do on it on the sides of both sides of small pincers. So the parties will be the same, and a denim bag with its own hands will receive a small amount. Secure with pins. Then stitch them together. For maximum strength, it is better to make not one but two seams on the bottom of the bag. Turn out the bag on the front side and check the quality of the seams.
Step 4. Determine with the handles - what will be their width and length. Do not forget to add allowances to the seams - a width of 2 centimeters in width and from 3 to 5 centimeters (depending on the height of the belt) along the length. Straighten the pants over the inner seam. Finely or in pencil draw two rectangles. These will be future pens. After you cut them, each one on the long side. Turn out and lay one or two seams for decor on the handles. This will make them stronger.
Step 5. Place the ends of the handles inside the bag at the bottom edge of the belt. Fix and attach to the belt from the outside. Try to get into the original seam.
That's it, it turned out the original denim bag! With its own hands it can not only be sewn, but, if desired, decorated. Lace, applique, beadwork, embroidery and sequins are suitable as decorations. A little tip: if you decide to decorate the accessory with appliqués, then first place them on the surface of the bag and glue it with adhesive tape.
