Chicken fillet, egg and cheese are some of the most popular foods that have high protein content. You can combine all these products in one dish and get a great protein supper.

For cooking cutlets you will need to take one chicken fillet, one hundred grams of cheese, two chicken eggs, salt, spices and seasonings. Meat grind, add to it an egg and spices. Thoroughly mix stuffing. Now we make a small cake, in the center of which we lay a piece of cheese. Close the cutlet and lay it on a baking tray.
