Western District (Moscow): a special territory

Back in the 90s of the last century there were 32 administrative districts in the capital. Today there are only nine of them. The most environmentally friendly and favorable area is considered to be the Western District (Moscow).

North-West District of Moscow

Most of the mass festivals and celebrations take place in the North-West region of the capital.
