Required components:

  • Grape cake, left after cooking wine - 15 kg;
  • Sand sugar - 5 kg;
  • Purified drinking water - 5 liters.

The final stage in the preparation

When the second distillation of fruit vodka is completed, the resulting alcoholic beverage should be poured over dry and clean bottles, and then placed in a not very warm and dark place for about 38-40 days. During this time the chacha is infused, and it can be safely submitted to the festive table.

As you can see, cooking chacha from grapes can drag on for many months. But such a long wait is surely justified. After all, the drink, made according to the above-described recipe, has a refined taste and aroma of grapes, which each guest will appreciate during the festive feast.

If the drink completely burns out without leaving a burn, then the fruit vodka is made correctly.
