  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder.
  • 500 g of pork tenderloin.

In a large plastic bag, place a marinade of soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, dried onions, cinnamon, olive oil and garlic powder. Close, shake and mix. Spread the pork in a package with marinade. For those who like the very spicy taste of pork tenderloin, it is recommended to cook it with Chipotle sauce. Serve this delicious pork with potatoes and corn, or other vegetables. 6 servings should be stocked with products:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 1 large sweet onion, finely chopped.
  • 1 small clove of garlic, grind.
  • 1 ½ cup chicken broth.
  • 1 ½ cup meat broth.
  • ¾ cup of canned peaches or apricots.
  • 2 teaspoons of Chipotle sauce (chopped hot chili pepper and mix with Adobo sauce).
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice tables.
  • 2 ½ tablespoons of cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of cold water.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • 700 g of pork.

Cut off excess fat from pork, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry the pork from all sides in a frying pan. Transfer the frying pan to the oven.
