How is pork stew prepared at home from pork? To start with my running meat, remove the bones from it and cut it into approximately equal pieces of this size so that they pass without problems into the can of the can. Immediately wrap them with a warm blanket and leave in this form for cooling for 10-20 hours. Completely cooled banks are determined for storage - the place should be dark and cool. Now let's talk about another recipe, an alternative to the above.

For him we will need: 3-4 kilograms of fat pork, one and a half to two liters of water, salt - three tablespoons, to taste - pepper black, fragrant and laurel leaf.

First, we prepare the main ingredient of the dish called stew in the home from pork. We thoroughly wash the meat and cut it into pieces in the size of three to four centimeters, bacon - up to one centimeter. Put everything in a large saucepan and fill it with water. On high fire bring to a boil, remove foam and reduce fire. 3-4 hours cook, 30-40 minutes before the end of cooking, add spices and salt.

We prepare half-liter jars - wash them and sterilize them. We place meat in them with broth, cover with lids. It's time to sterilize and stew. We take a large saucepan, put a towel on the bottom and put the filled cans. Before their "shoulders" we pour water and turn on for 15-20 minutes a slow fire. We take out polilitatski, roll up the lid and leave to cool, covered with a blanket. Everything, stewed at home from pork is ready.
