Pizza meat home. A few simple recipes

Many of us order this dish with delivery to the house - now the pizzerias have quite developed infrastructure: the courier will bring the food right up to the door. But here is just one problem: despite the high quality of products and compliance with European standards, some fans of the Italian dish still seem not enough filling pizza stuffing (from the series "could put more for such money"). So in this case, a great option - home-made pizza. Here you can already enter as many fillings as you think fit, and, finally, eat "up to the blade" with your favorite dish.

Meat pizza for home

Well, seriously, at home it is quite possible to prepare a competitive product, especially since there are lots of recipes for dishes. And meat can be picked up and chicken, and turkey, and veal, and pork, and sausage various enter into the ingredients. All that the soul desires. And you can make assorted meat of various kinds and smoked products - just lick your fingers! In short, the variety of fillings is great. Shall we try to cook it?

But first we need to make a dough - the basis for our dish. You can, of course, buy in the store: in any supermarket you will find several options. But it's more interesting with my own hands. So, a thin dough for pizza.

Ingredients (for one standard pizza 30 cm in diameter): 175 grams of flour, 125 ml of warm water, a large spoonful of olive oil, a small one - fast yeast dry, salt on the tip of the knife.

Mix the flour with yeast and salt, and water with butter. Gradually pour the resulting liquid into a dry mixture. We mix the dough, which should be homogeneous. When it reaches the density, we spread it on the flour-covered surface and we knead a few minutes. We lubricate the bowl with oil and put the product there. Cover, leave in the heat for 30-40 minutes (to fit). After a little more we knead and roll the dough into a circle. Spread the circle on the baking tray. From above it is possible to put stuffing.

Note: pizza dough can be made on yogurt, beer, and sour cream. Use fresh, flaky, yeast - as you like. The above example is one of many options.

With beef (or veal)

With beef and pickled cucumbers - excellent and satisfying pizza meat. Its recipe is simple in preparation. We need (the ingredients are indicated for the preparation of one pizza, if we prepare several, multiply by the number): a gram of 300 boiled soft beef, 3-4 pickled cucumber of medium size, 1 Bulgarian sweet pepper, 1 large tomato, 1 onion, cheese (mozzarella or what Another) - 150 grams.

  1. On the baking sheet lay out the prepared and rolled dough.
  2. We cut beef with straws. Pepper, onion - half rings. Cucumbers and tomatoes - slices thin.
  3. We spread: first beef, then - vegetable mix. Top with grated cheese.
  4. We put the pan in the oven at medium temperatures. We bake for 20 minutes.

With ham

Pizza with meat and ham and eggs - a real hearty delicacy! Take 200 grams of smoked ham, not too fat, 150 grams of hard cheese, 100 grams of milk, 2 eggs, 2-3 tomatoes, spices, salt.

  1. Cut the ham into cubes and fry a little in a frying pan.
  2. Tomatoes and cheese cut into cubes. Mix with the ham. We lay out on the basis of the test.
  3. Eggs whisk and mix them with milk, adding salt and spices (you can herbs) to taste.
  4. Fill this mass of filling, laid out on the dough.
  5. We put the baking sheet in the oven, heated to medium temperatures, and bake for 20 minutes.

With lamb and rice

Pizza meat with lamb and rice, seasoned with spices and cheese, as if combines Asian and European cuisine. It is very satisfying and surely will please your home as an excellent alternative to a holiday cake.

We take 250 grams of boiled or stewed lamb (the main thing is that it is not hard), 200 grams of boiled rice, 3 cloves of garlic, 3-5 fresh tomatoes, 1 egg, 1 onion, seasoning.

  1. We cut lamb with straw. Onions are semirings.
  2. Garlic is pressed. Egg boiled and cut into cubes.
  3. Tomatoes are peeled and turned into a puree in a blender (well, or rubbed on a grater coarse).
  4. All products (plus boiled rice) are combined on a prepared and laid out on a baking sheet.
  5. Cover the filling with tomato puree.
  6. Cheese rub and sprinkle them on top of the whole structure.
  7. We put in the oven for 20 minutes.
  8. Excellent and satisfying pizza meat (photo below) is ready! It remains to call home to the table.

With minced meat: small tricks

Home pizza meat can be prepared with minced meat: beef, veal, pork, chicken. Here we propose to use a little trick and take for the basis of our dish Georgian lavash - puri (round and magnificent, not its thin form). With it, any pizza can be cooked very quickly: you do not need to make a dough.

  1. On round lavash we spread overfried with onion minced meat - 200 grams.
  2. We place tomato slices from the top.
  3. We fall asleep all this stuff with grated cheese and send it to the oven for 15 minutes.
