History

The first theater in the city of Izhev was organized in 1931. It was dramatic. But with him there was an opera troupe. In it the soloists invited from the "Big" worked.

The State Opera and Ballet Theater (Izhevsk) was established in 1993. Today it is the cultural center of Udmurtia. Since 2010, he has been leading the theater. Galushko.
