After him, the second training, which lasts until dinner. During training, all float about 10 - 20 km. And then it's time to sleep. Despite exhausting workouts, Oksana's smile from her lips does not come off. Sunday is a rest until day 12 (sleep, reading, etc.), in the afternoon - walk. The main trouble is the pool. It does not meet the Olympic standards. The length of the tracks should be 50 m, and in Ufa - 25. That's what athletes get used to swimming wrong. Therefore, when Ufimtsev come to international competitions, they have to rebuild. When a person is blind, he swims and counts strokes with his hands to know when to enter the turn. The coach is standing with a pole and hitting the water, the sound notifies that the side is near. And yet there were injuries. Swimmers hit hard against the board with their foreheads or hands. To normally adjust to the standard track size, it takes at least a week.
