The birthplace of Mozzarella Italy, it was here that Naples came up with this very simple but incredibly delicious cheese recipe. It consists of only three ingredients: whole milk, a little salt and live enzymes. This very soft and soft cheese has a lot of useful properties. It is saturated with vitamins A and D, which is good for the skin, hair, bone tissue. Irreplaceable amino acids and trace elements in mozzarella help immunity, and polysaccharides give your skin elasticity and stunning appearance. If it was not so, I think it is unlikely that every Italian would eat about 25 kg of mozzarella a year.

So, what dishes with mozzarella can be cooked at home? And there are actually a lot of them. One of the simplest dishes that can be served on the table in the form of a snack is mozzarella with tomatoes. It looks such a combination of bright colors is very cool, and the taste combination of cheese and tomato, perhaps, the most successful. For this dish, you need only two large tomatoes, two large mozzarella balls, several basil leaves or arugula.

Cut the tomatoes in circles about 1 cm thick, the same thickness should be the mozzarella plastics. Lay on a plate in a circle with a fan of circles of tomato and cheese alternately, you can sprinkle a little and pour with olive oil. Lubricate the base for the pizza with some sauce, preferably pesto sauce, so that you get a truly Italian pizza. Now put on the base tomatoes and mozzarella, you can decorate with some greens. All, send to the oven for 15-20 minutes. Pizza will be an excellent treat for friends. It can serve various drinks, juice, coca-cola, beer.

I really like the mozzarella recipes, so I will share another very tasty. It will be a potato pie with mozzarella. This dish is best served for lunch, as it can not be attributed to the lungs. So, you will need:

  • 5 pieces. Average potatoes;
  • 2 pcs. Sweet peppers, preferably in different colors;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 mozzarella bead;
  • Salt, pepper, fresh herbs.
