Movies about fights: when the kulaks - the main argument

Films about fights have become fashionable with the era of Bruce Lee. Famous insurgents with his participation "The Fist of Fury", "The Exit of the Dragon", unfortunately, appeared already at the end of the short but bright life of the Master. Only 32 years - so much God measured Bruce. To this day there are legends that the death of the actor was not accidental, that he was avenged by the mafia structures. In the footsteps of his father went the son of Lee Brandon. He also chose his role films about fights. He flashed in "Showdown in Little Tokyo," along with the then making the first steps on the screen by Dolph Lundgren. Then the son of the legend wanted to gain a foothold in this role, playing musician Erik (mystical thriller "The Crow"), and he himself became a legend, having died on set. The actor who mortally wounded him probably will not forget the moment when, by carelessness of the props, the bullet turned out to be far from fake ... Many saw this as a sign, too obvious was the "consonance" of two deaths - father and son. Rumors about these ridiculous early departure from life still have not subsided. Brandon was 28. He was buried next to his father.

"Flag" Bruce Lee picked up the artist from Hong Kong Jackie Chan, who subsequently moved to Hollywood. He was able to mix genres, turning banal films about fights into a mix of comedy and action movie. Virtuoso Chan became famous not only for the early "Drunken Master", but also for the later "Armor of God", "Tux", "Shanghai Noon", the "Rush Hour" franchise, where a good-looking black American Chris Tucker was.

Coryphaeus of the genre

Sylvester Stallone introduced his word into the genre of the militant. His hero - boxer Rocky does not think of life without fights, this is one of the best images of Sli. To shake off the old days the veteran decided together with his colleagues in the shop in the film "The Expendables" and his sequel. It turned out very well.

The best films about fights are those in which Jean-Claude Van Damme starred. Starting with "Bloody Sport" in 1988, the Belgian, the son of a flower girl and an accountant, became one of the main stars of this direction in the cinema. "Kickboxer", "Double punch", "Difficult target" - in these tapes Jean-Claude was able to reveal his talent. No wonder he was engaged in five types of martial arts (and after all, he almost became an artist of the ballet, but then changed the machine to a black belt in karate).

Without "hand-to-hand", not a single worthwhile insurgent can do without it, but it is the luminaries of the 90s, to which the already mentioned artists belong, as well as Chuck Norris, Mickey Rourke, Don Dragon Wilson, Jet Li and others made films about fights with art.

At the beginning of the XXI century

The 2000s put in the treasury of the genre tough paintings with the British Scott Adkins "Undeniable-2" and "Indisputable-3". In them, the Englishman appeared as a genius of prison fighting without rules. He has every reason to do this: Scott has black belts on kickboxing and taekwondo, he is fluent in five other martial arts. The fine partner and the main antagonist of the hero Edkins Yuri Boyko in the trikvel was the textured Chilean Marco Saror (one of his last works is the role in the Rodrigesian thrash "The Machete Kills").

In the list of "Films about street fights", one of the main Oscar "losers" could quite possibly lead, claiming in 2003 as many as 10 nominations and not taking any. And in vain: "Gangs of New York" - an epoch-making thing of the legendary Scorsese with superbly played sworn enemies, Daniel Day-Lewis and Leonardo DiCaprio.
