The preparation "Fosfomycin" is available in the form of granules for making a solution for oral administration, as well as for intravenous administration. The drug has a wide range of antimicrobial effects. The antibiotic "Fosfomycin" has a bactericidal effect, suppressing the first stage of synthesis in the cell wall of pathogenic microorganisms.
