And if you add them to the tenderest dough on kefir with the addition of semolina, you will end up with one of the best pies for tea. And it's called simply - mannik with apples on kefir. To make it even tastier, you can add a little cocoa into the dough, and pre-caramelize the apples. Small tricks, but the result will surpass all expectations.

What is needed for cooking?

In order to make for your family a chocolate mannik with apples on kefir, you need to take the following products:

- 200 grams of semolina (a glass with a quarter or a slide);

- 2/3 cups of granulated sugar;

- 2 chicken eggs;

- 250 grams of yogurt (you can use any dairy products, even a little fermented);

- a teaspoon of baking soda;

- 50 grams of natural cocoa powder (can be replaced with melted chocolate);

- a packet of vanilla sugar (a few drops of vanilla essence or seeds of natural vanilla);

- 2 large apples (the total mass should be 400-450 grams);

- 1,5 tablespoons of butter;

- and 3 more tablespoons of sugar-sand to caramelize apples.

Another undoubted advantage of the mannik is that with its help you can attach stale (not to be confused with spoiled) products in the refrigerator. So, for example, a part of yogurt can be replaced with cottage cheese, milk or sour cream.

Strangely enough, but from such simple products you get a delicious apple pie. Maybe it's magic?

Preparation of the dough

If you clearly follow what the apple mannika recipe suggests on kefir, you must first make a dough. This is due to the fact that the manke needs time for swelling. If you do not, then in the finished pie can be felt its grains, and it does not turn out so high and lush.

First thoroughly beat eggs with sugar, pour kefir (a little to keep in order to extinguish soda) and once again the mass is good to shake. Put cocoa, slaked soda, vanilla sugar and semolina, mix well. Cover with a towel and leave for at least 30 minutes. If desired, it is also possible to add ground cinnamon and nutmeg to the dough, since these spices are perfectly combined with apples.

Caramelization of apples

Next, to cook a mannik with apples on kefir, you need to prepare the apple filling. To do this, cut the apples into slices and remove the core. If the peel is rough, then it is desirable to remove it. You can take them more or less depending on how much you want the toppings. It can be any variety: both sweet and sour. Accordingly, you need to change the amount of granulated sugar.

Melt butter in a deep frying pan (or saucepan). Here it is extremely undesirable to replace it with spread or margarine. Put the apple slices, sprinkle sugar on top and fry, stirring until they become transparent and do not acquire a caramel color. At this time it will become clear how delicious the filling will be. Put caramelized apples in a baking dish (always grease with butter beforehand). But this is still not the whole recipe for cooking manna on kefir with apples.

Bakery products

On top of the filling put the dough, which for this time has already managed to infuse. It should be carefully done so that it covers all apples. Put in the oven, already heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes. Ready and slightly cooled pie lay on a serving plate with apples up. If they are a little left in shape, just return the slices to their proper place. It turns out so beautiful that you do not need to decorate. And how delicious it is, even hard to convey in words.

It is worth noting that this mannik with apples on kefir can still be baked in a multivark. For this, it is best to use the "Baking" mode. The cooking time is about 65 minutes. In addition, it can be directly caramelized apples. And for this you will need the same "Baking" mode. In total it will take 20 minutes. Only periodically it will be necessary to stir.
