The tea rose jam is an incredibly aromatic and useful treat. Take for him you need only petals from the verified bushes. And, after waiting for the thickening of the syrup, add the juice of half a lemon. This will change the color of the jam - it will become gently pink. Then you need a little more to cook and roll into sterile jars. You can preserve only the syrup, and remove the petals from the jam and store in a separate container. They are well suited for filling them with sweet pastries. You can also make liqueur from the petals. For this, pour them with vodka and insist for a couple of months in a dark place.

Selected and peeled petals (150 grams) to wash and dry. Then fall asleep with three glasses of sugar, add lemon juice and scroll in a blender or meat grinder. You can store in a closed container in the refrigerator. It is a perfect filling for pies and rolls, especially if you add nuts.

You can pour 250 grams of rosehip petals with a liter of boiling water and insist twelve hours. Then strain and squeeze, put 750 grams of honey, boil and boil a little. Take a tablespoon three times a day.
