In the wooden floor the warm floor is the guarantee of comfort and coziness

There are a lot of technologies for heating the room. One of the popular and practical is the system of warm floors.

Country houses increasingly began to build from wood. Undoubtedly, these are ecologically clean rooms, the tree creates a special microclimate that allows you to do without an air conditioner and additional air humidification. Since the walls are made of wood, the floors are made of the same material.

In the wooden floor, a warm floor for heating the rooms will be an ideal option, and reducing energy costs for warming up the room will be an undeniable advantage over standard radiators. The advantage of warm floors is the provision of heating with uniform horizontal flows, while the air heated by the radiator rises vertically upwards, and, already cooled down to the floor, does not sufficiently warm up the whole room.

In practice, two kinds of warm floors are used: electric and water. The first is not very popular in the case of a heating system with a wood surface. Warm floor under the wooden mount more often with pipes inside which circulates warm water. Any heat carrier can become a source of heating, but everyone knows about the ecological compatibility of such kind of heating: they do not emit harmful substances, do not electrify air and can be combined with other types of heating systems.

Features of the design of the water-heated floor

Before you do the reconstruction of the floor or lay it in a new house, you should seriously approach the issue of selecting the board itself or piece parquet. In the wooden floor, the warm floor warms the wood to 26 degrees, so it must be confirmed by the manufacturer's certificate of the possibility of using it for this heating system. Ideally, wooden warm water floors are combined with a laminate coating. To create the optimal result for heat exchange, the thickness of the wood board is 15 to 25 mm. This is important, since wood has a low level of thermal conductivity.

There are two ways of laying pipes under the wood floor: "serpentine" and "snail". In the first variant of the distribution of the heating system, the ease of installation and design is noted. One of the drawbacks is that in the wooden floor the warm floor is unevenly warmed up by the loss of heat at the entrance of the circuit and its outlet. Given this nuance, the construction of the coolant is done in such a way that the temperature difference in different parts is not more than 5 degrees.

A more complex option in the calculations and organization of the construction of the water floor is the way of laying the "snail". But in this case, the owner of the room is protected from such changes in temperature, and the thermal power is higher than when stacked "snake".

Professionals note that the most popular way to install a warm floor in a wooden floor is a concrete pouring.

Since the most comfortable sensations cause heat in the legs and cooler air at the head level, the warm water floor will be an excellent option for heating the house.
