At the end of June 2014, the terrorist group IGIL, whose name is now on everyone's lips, proclaimed itself a caliphate. And as the leader, that is, the caliph, is defined by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

The appeals of this illegal formation are reduced to making every faithful Muslim immediately, having cast aside doubts, swore allegiance to the Caliph and stood under the banner of what the militants call the "Iblis state". What is this: a massive psychosis or a delicate calculation? Analysts say that in this way, the military formation is trying to legalize the vast territories conquered in the Middle East, particularly in Iraq.

Why is Iblis?

Initially, the organization was called IGIL, which denoted the Islamic state of Iraq and the Levant, but later the last two words disappeared. After a while, watching the activities of this bandit formation, he was called differently.

Why the "Iblis state"? The name comes from the Arabic word "iblis". This is the name of an angel who did not obey Allah. This story happened, according to the Qur'an, for a very long time, at the time of the creation of the world by Allah. God overthrew the ibblis for not kneeling before Adam, in whom Allah breathed life. Clearly, there is an analogy with the fallen seraphim in Christianity, that is, Satan. Islam, in the understanding of some of its representatives, is a religion that does not allow free thinking and freedom, its laws prescribe how to cope with natural needs and fulfill marital duties. Therefore, those who dare disobey, expect a quick and cruel punishment, not involving pardon.

Courts in the form that a civilized society is accustomed to will be abolished. Their place will be occupied by "councils" consisting of the caliph's henchmen. As for education, many subjects will be removed, for example, philosophical sciences, physics, evolutionary teaching and chemistry.

In practice, the following picture emerges, which is observed by those living in the territory of the IGIL regime:

• The formation of battalions consisting of women;
• Teaching children to kill (training on prisoners);
• Encouraged denunciations;
• Public and hidden executions.

It also declares the potential destruction of Israel, the introduction of destructive changes in the life and political structure of the countries of Central Asia, and this is not all that promises the society "Iblis state." What is this, a deliberate challenge to the whole world? At the same time, it is noted that in the territories captured by militants, the non-functioning infrastructure has been restored, hospitals have been opened, electricity, cellular communications and the Internet are operating. Therefore, many Muslims living in the territory of the Islamic state and tormented by domestic uneasiness, experience twofold feelings: the horror of the excesses, the brutality of the militants and gratitude for the created blessings.

As for other residents of the state of Igil, in addition to Muslims, they are allowed to reside in Muslim territory while they pay a mandatory fee. For them specific laws are written:

• No public religious activities: the ringing of bells, the reading of prayers, the worship of their own shrines;
• Disrespect for Muslims and their faith is cruelly punished;
• The construction of their religious premises is strictly forbidden;
• The burial places of coreligionists are allowed on the territory strictly designated by the state;
• Imposed mandatory tax, and individual, depending on the financial capabilities of the kaafir.

One of the principles of IGIL is the postulate of the Wahhabis: preventing the worship of various shrines, since this diminishes complete submission to Allah. What does Igil promise to the orthodox?

The leadership of the Islamic state declares that it will make it obligatory to distribute the benefits in justice among the members of the entire community. That is, the bowels, the earth and so on will become a common property. Further, food, shelter, medical care and clothing are things that the state will provide to every citizen of the caliphate in order that it is convenient for him to practice Islam. And all these benefits will be offered along with such "joys" of the Middle Ages as public flogging, chopping off hands, beating with stones and crucifixion. Not to mention the "special" attitude towards a woman, which only the lazy one now does not know.

Given the variety of means of propaganda, modern weapons and even the recent establishment of its own currency, the gold dinar, it is clear that funding for this organization has been put seriously.

"The Iblis state" - the Khawarii of our days, the servants of the Zionists? The Khawarijis or Kharijites are one of the oldest groups of radical rebels who initially pursued political goals, but later organized an ideological sect.
