Endoscopic sympathectomy is often done with the sweating of the palms. It does not affect the operation of the axillary basins.

Local, local surgical interventions are used when there is an isolated axillary hyperhidrosis. Treatment in this way is done only when the increased activity of sweat glands is noted in the axillary region.

Liposuction of the axilla is the removal of the axillary tissue through a pinhole, into which a small tube is inserted.
