There are many swimming techniques, and all of them, of course, allow you to successfully keep the body in the water. Any person is able to master simple initial methods of navigation: to stay on the water, to move about in it. And this is the basic element for any voyage. Be confident in yourself and your forces, because, according to the law of physics, you have a pushing force out of the water .

  • Decide on the terrain. For beginners the pool or a small pond with a weak current and transparent water (that the bottom could be seen) is ideal. The temperature of the water should be moderate so that there is no cramping. With beginners, an experienced person should always be around, in case of unforeseen situations.
  • Do a test exercise that shows how well you are holding on to the water. Having made it, you will assimilate the movement, allowing to interact with the aquatic environment.
  • So, plunge into the water in such a way that it reaches to the chest. Now you need to collect a portion of air in the chest and sit down. Make a grasp of the knees with your hands.
