But there are people who, despite everything, prefer a "quiet hunt" to shopping in the store. In this case, they should be careful and attentive not to confuse the false mushroom with the present.

Types of champignons

To be calm, going to a "quiet hunt", you should know what mushrooms are, where and at what time they grow. Also, it will be superfluous to know what a false mushroom looks like to distinguish it from the present. In general, in nature there are more than a dozen species of these fungi. So, for example, champignon large-spore and common (or meadow) are found most often in the steppe or in meadows. In the garden and in the garden there are usually two-spaced and two-ringed species.

And near the trees you can meet the field mushroom. These species grow from May to October. There are also forest species of these fungi. They occur from July to mid-October, can grow both in deciduous and mixed forests. These include mushrooms dark red, pereleskovy, August. And in coniferous forests there is, as a rule, a forest species that grows near the fir.

Champignons are false: how to distinguish from real?

Lovers of "quiet hunting" can be trapped in danger, because among edible can fall mushrooms champignons are false, such as flat, red and yellow-skinned. They usually appear from the middle of summer. Most often they can be found in deciduous and mixed forests. But such "doubles" can grow in fields, in meadows, as well as in parks and near houses. Outwardly, they practically do not differ from their edible counterparts, but they have features that make it possible to recognize a false mushroom among the real ones. If you press on the flesh of such a mushroom, it will turn yellow, and on the cut at the base of the foot - bright yellow. After a while, the color will turn orange or even brown. For comparison: in edible fungi, when pressed on the flesh, it turns red or turns pink. In addition, inedible specimens can be recognized by a specific odor. It is similar to the smell of drugs, iodine or carbolic acid. If you lower the false mushroom in boiling water, the water will immediately turn yellow, and the unpleasant odor will increase.

What do the false mushrooms look like?

Gribnikov can be trapped and more serious danger, because the young mushrooms are very similar to the pallid grebe and light fly agaric, which are very poisonous. These twins have a light color and externally differ little from edible mushrooms. But real representatives with age, the plates darken, but in fly agaric and pale toadstool, they always remain white. In addition, if you click on the flesh of these mushrooms, it will not change its color, and their legs are always in the root "pots" - volves. You need to be very careful to see them, because they are almost invisible. Poisonous counterparts are found, as a rule, in coniferous and mixed forests, so they are often confused with chamomile periwinkle.

If you are not sure about their edibility when collecting mushrooms, then it's better not to take risks and not take such specimens. The ability to recognize a false mushroom among real ones requires great attention and experience, so it is worth considering whether you need to risk your health when you can buy perfectly normal mushrooms in the store without worrying about your safety.
