Chocolate flan: recipe, photo, advantages over other desserts

The chocolate flan is an amazing cake, which is not only an amazingly delicious dessert, but also a real scientific experiment. The moist mass is poured into the pan, mixing everything at once: caramel sauce, dough for the cake, and a mixture for the flannel. A simple recipe

Few people like to bake cakes, because they take a lot of time and energy. Usually, first baked cakes, then they mix (and sometimes even boil) the cream, pat them with cakes, add sweet, work on decorations. A minimum of time and effort - that's what the chocolate flan is. The recipe is simple, contains the available ingredients and will be quite capable even of novice cooks.

Composition

So, for the cake take the following products:

  • 1/2 tbsp. Caramel sauce (you can buy ready-made in the store or make your own according to a separate recipe);
  • 1/2 tbsp. And another 2 tbsp. Spoons of flour;
  • 1/3 tbsp. cocoa;
  • 1/2 tbsp. Spoons of soda;
  • 1/4 tbsp. Spoons of salt;
  • Bitter chocolate (cut into pieces);
  • 6 tbsp. Spoons of melted butter;
  • 1/2 tbsp. Buttermilk;
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 teaspoon vanillin.

Flan chocolate is the name of the cake, however, actually, the flan does not contain cocoa. To prepare it you will need:

  • 2 jars of condensed milk;
  • 2.5 tbsp. Milk;
  • Cream cheese (like "Philadelphia", warm to room temperature);
  • 6 eggs;
  • 4 egg yolks;
  • 1 teaspoon vanillin.

Preparation

If you have prepared all the ingredients on the list, you can start to bake a chocolate flan. Recipe, as mentioned above, is very simple:

  • Preheat the oven in advance. Sprinkle the round shape for the cake with flour, pour the caramel sauce.
  • In a small container, mix the flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt. For a while, set the mixture aside. Place the bitter chocolate and butter in the microwave oven, melt for about two minutes. Beat buttermilk, sugar, eggs, vanillin and chocolate butter until smooth. Then add the flour mixture and mix until homogeneous. Pour the dough over caramel sauce.
  • Mix the condensed milk, milk, cream cheese, eggs, egg yolks and vanillin, beat the mixture with a blender for one minute or until smooth. Slowly pour into the mold over the dough.
  • Place the cake pan in a large frying pan. Fill the pan to half with boiling water and bake the cake 75-90 minutes at maximum temperature. Check its availability with a toothpick. Transfer the chocolate flan in the form to the grate and cool to room temperature (about two hours). Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
  • To easily shift the dessert to a beautiful dish, place the bottom of the mold for a minute in hot water. Cover the top of the dish with a dish and flip the flange. Slowly and carefully remove the mold. You can serve dessert on the table.

Caramel sauce

Flan chocolate is not the only dessert, which includes caramel sauce. They can water any ice cream (although a special taste with it will get chocolate balls) and almost any other cake. The classic recipe for this caramel necessarily includes a lot of sugar and lots of fatty cream. You can find an option for your own taste - for example, exotic caramel sauce with sea salt and vanilla extract.
