Making mashed potatoes

Unlike the above methods of preparing wizards, the presented recipe requires the use of not grated potatoes, but puree from it. For this, the tubers should be cleaned, cut in half and boiled in salt water. After the vegetables become soft, they need to drain the whole broth, and then mash into mashed potatoes, pre-breaking two eggs, and also adding boiled milk and melted cooking oil.

To make more substantial products with meat, as a basis should be used not only crushed potatoes, but also fried white cabbage.
