How to cook squid and fried squid?

The meat of squid is considered to be a dietary and very useful product for the human body. It does not contain fatty acids and is enriched with protein, which is well absorbed. Thanks to taurine meat reduces cholesterol, normalizes blood pressure and improves the cardiovascular system. This product contains a number of many other useful substances and vitamins. So, how to cook fried squid ?

A little advice. Freshly thawed or simply fresh squid is very difficult to clean from the film, often the cleaning process takes too much time, but it can be significantly reduced. For this, a large pot of water is placed on a large fire, as soon as the water boils, immediately mollusks are poured into it, and literally in two minutes it already gets. While in hot water all the dirt itself will leave the surface of the squid, and after its cooling the film will be removed very simply.

Calamari, deep-fried

Kilogram of peeled and well-washed shellfish cut into rings and put on a towel or napkin, so that excess moisture is gone. All the rings salt, pepper, you can add your favorite seasonings, roll in starch.

In a saucepan (it is better to take a wide one) pour half a vegetable oil, wait a little to make it hot. After putting the seasoned squid rings in a saucepan, fry for no more than four minutes.

Then take out the rings with a noise and again put it on a napkin, so that all excess fat is absorbed into it. For taste you can sprinkle with lemon juice. Ready-made squid fried perfectly combined with cabbage of any kind.

How to fry squid in sour cream sauce?

Peeled shellfish cut into thin half rings or simply straws and send to fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Immediately clean the middle bulb, finely chop and send to squid, salt, add seasonings.

After 10 minutes, pour half a liter of thick sour cream (fat content not less than 20%) into a frying pan, mix thoroughly, if necessary, add salt. Stew for another 10 minutes and the dish is ready!

Calamari fried in breadcrumbs

Cut the polylogram of the mollusk into rings or semirings. Two eggs can be beat well with salt and spices. All the squid is poured into a bowl with eggs and mix. Then roll them in breadcrumbs. And the last thing is to put them in a frying pan with a lot of vegetable oil, fry for four minutes. It turns out delicious and very simple.

Stuffed mushrooms squid

There are not only squid fried, rather tasty is a stuffed shellfish.

Five small carcasses are taken, they are cleaned and washed without cutting, only the tail is removed.

A pound of any mushrooms (you can use both forest and field mushrooms) and one onion finely chopped and sent to fry in a pan. There you can add a crushed cut tail. Add salt and seasonings.

In each carcass put the filling of mushrooms, but not ramming, the squid during heat treatment becomes an order of magnitude smaller, it is necessary to take this into account. The edges should be fastened with skewers or toothpicks, put in a baking dish, pour a little hot water on the bottom, and grease with mayonnaise. Put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.

After 20 minutes, get it, sprinkle with grated cheese and send it back to the oven for three minutes. Serve warm.

Despite the usefulness of squid, doctors do not recommend eating them too often because of the excessive salt content in them. A dried and not recommended, they contribute to water retention in the body, leading to edema and to changes in appearance in a bad way. Of course, you do not need to give them up, just do not eat too often.
