Preparation by this method can neutralize the undesirable smell of sludge by adding various spices, such as seasoning for fish, thyme and, of course, wine used as a potting or marinade.

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • Trout - one piece weighing 200-400 grams;
  • Inflorescence of cauliflower - 50 grams;
  • Broccoli - 50 grams;
  • Carrots - 50 grams;
  • Asparagus beans - 50 grams;
  • Green thyme - 20 grams;
  • White wine - 30 grams;
  • Spices (salt, black pepper ground, seasoning for fish) - pinch;
  • Olive oil - 25 grams;
  • Butter - 20 grams;
  • Half a lemon.

Trout baked in the oven in foil, in fact, is prepared very simply. It should be noted that the vegetables listed in the recipe can be bought already boiled, frozen, both separately and in the form of a vegetable mix.

Let's start cooking. All vegetables need to be saved in a frying pan with the addition of butter, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Next, you have to fold the envelope-boat, corresponding to the size of the fish bought, from the food foil, grease the inside of the envelope with olive oil and place the rescued vegetables in it evenly.

It should easily separate from the bone and have a characteristic white texture. If there is an electronic thermometer, you can measure the temperature on the bone. If it is more than 61 degrees Celsius, then the fish is ready. Otherwise, it is necessary to close the envelope and bake the fish for a few more minutes.
