Symptoms

  5. According to the doctor's recommendations, the next day (if there are no severe pains), it is necessary to start performing exercise therapy (rotation, flexion and extension in different directions).
  6. If necessary, anti-inflammatory drugs are prescribed. On the first day, injections are prescribed, in the following - pills. You can use a variety of ointments, which are rubbed into the hematoma.

Also, if possible, it is recommended to make an X-ray, with which you can exclude the presence of bone damage and learn more about the nature of the injury itself.

The main measure, which will avoid stretching the ligaments, is their strengthening. To do this, it is necessary to perform foot movements along the circular arrow and squats on the fingers. Women should not wear shoes with high and thin heels. The main rule, which does not allow you to stretch the ligament of the foot, is to be more careful and careful while exercising.
