  • Water - 100 ml;

Lightly fry onion in finely chopped onion. Add the hearts to it, stir and cover. The dish will begin to be stewed.

The extinguishing time can be different, depending on the power of the burner and the used dishes. On average, the process will take about 20 minutes. Do not forget to stir the mixture so that it does not burn out. If the fat becomes too hot, add a little butter.
